With the arrival of summer, the Enchanted Path of Cobrana resumes its activity in the Cobrana zofreral, a unique forest located in El Bierzo (León) that this year has been distinguished as Forest of the Year 2025This dramatized tour, which combines nature and fantasy for the whole family, is now in its eighth year and has established itself as a benchmark among the region's summer plans.
Since its creation, nearly 100,000 have gone through this experience. 16.500 visitors, both from Bierzo itself and from other parts of Spain. The Enchanted Path offers year after year a completely new story, designed so that those who have visited in previous editions can be surprised again and so that new attendees can find themselves involved in a unique adventure.
A family show in a privileged setting

The main route of the Enchanted Path runs by just over a kilometer, shaded by centuries-old cork oaks, chestnut trees, and holm oaks, making it comfortable and safe, even for the little ones. Although access is not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers, it's ideal for those who are willing to carry their baby.
In this edition, the experience invites attendees to solve a great enigma that affects the forest, actively participating in the theatrical show. Actors of the company Dinamia Theater They embody both guides and fantastic characters and will appear unexpectedly throughout the tour. Fairies, elves, goblins, devils and mythological beings star in the plot and will ask for the collaboration of both children and adults to restore natural balance.
The activity is mainly aimed at families and children, but is suitable for any age, since combines fun with learning about the richness of the forest and the importance of caring for it. The quality of the actions and the team's passion for the area's natural and cultural heritage are the keys to the initiative's continued success.
Behind the organization is Dinamia Theater, Together with Zofreral Association of Cobrana and the support of Congosto City CouncilIn this edition, the story has been created by the Bercian scriptwriter Tatyana Galán, who brings an innovative twist to the story to maintain the magic season after season.
A tour full of mythological beings

During the visit, the groups advance accompanied by actor-guides, who represent various fantastical beings from local tradition and popular culture. Among the characters that will appear in the forest are the Playful goblin, The Tree Dryad, the Dianu mocking, and the Clouds of rain and wind—all of them ready to surprise the audience at the least expected moment.
The itinerary also includes challenges and dynamics for families, such as searching for clues in the Deep Forest using a special map. The goal is for young and old to work together to help the magical beings and, at the same time, gain a better understanding of the natural environment in which the activity takes place.
