The XI edition of Black Cartagena, the Black, Police and Mystery Literature Conference returns to the city of September 8 to 13 with a programming focused on the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural CenterThe event will bring together leading voices in the genre and offers a week full of content for readers, book clubs, and the general public.
